That's just how it is

lately I have realized that my life is a lot different than I imagined it would be when I was younger, or even a few years ago. I've made choices that change who I am, and change what my future looks like. I was surprised that I don't feel any regret that I am not in the place I wished I would be... But I just feel the confirmation that things are different and that's just how it is.
